This was the trip of a lifetime.
And even with two boys in stow, I could almost call this a vacation!
We headed to the Bahamas on a Friday night red-eye flight. I was nervous how the boys would do, mainly Graham. Graham slept gate to gate on both flights. Luke did so well, which wasn't surprising because he was with his grandpa. Luke didn't sleep much on the flights, so when we got on the shuttle to head to the hotel, he crashed. He slept all through dinner woke up for a couple of hours and slept the entire night. Graham also had the best night's sleep he's ever had!
The week was spent spending lots of time at the pool. It was such a perfect set up for the kids.
Luke did so awesome with the beach. Much much MUCH improved from the last time!
Luke played HARD all week. One afternoon my dad rocked Luke to sleep. I love beach feet!
One day we decided we "needed" to get off the resort and explore the city. We decided it wasn't necessary. We were completely happen right at Atlantis, but it was an adventure. My boys loved riding in a car with no seat belts.
I can't thank my family enough for this adventure. My brothers were so great with my boys. My parents are the BEST with my kids (especially Luke when he's having a hard time). I'm so grateful they were patient enough to let our circus of a family join them!
