We spent 10 days on Maui and had a great time with Dick & Karen, and Dave & Colleen + Miles. The boys got a lot of surfing (windsurfing, normal surfing, and kiteboarding) in. The girls got great massages. We had lots of pool and beach time- more on this later. I've never tasted better food in my entire life!! The sushi, the fish, the shaved ice were all superb.
And the weather was perfect.
The elevator and escalator were a huge hit.
Luke was happy as a clam just running around Wailea shopping center.
Unfortunately we saw this face too much. This little guy was really sick (the sickest he's ever been) and this is right before it got bad. More on this later...
The binky went EVERYWHERE with us.
Bonding with Poppy. Luke thought throwing Scrabble pieces on the floor was hilarious.
Luke also had bonding time with Bommy... just no pictures because she gave us time out on our own or with the group (she also caught the nasty bug). She was a lifesaver.
2 is better than 1.
I tried Paddleboarding. I loved it. What a workout! I did eventually stand up and paddle a pretty good distance. I even caught a couple waves coming back in.
Darren is hooooooked on kite-boarding!

I enjoyed my view.
Trying sooooo hard to get Luke to like the beach.
It was the perfect graduation present!

Awe we are going to Maui in February and after this post I am going to start counting down the days!! Looks so fun! Poor luke I hope he is feelin better!
