this post is long overdue. it was so fun to get away JUST DARREN AND ME for the night. we went up to salt lake and hung out downtown. shopped gateway. ate yummy sushi. saw a movie. and stayed at the little america. along with sleeping in until 9:30. so so so nice.
my parents stayed with mr. L while we escaped. according to grandma and grandpa he was an angel. i'm so glad- because this means more of these will be happening in the future. {i'm thinking january}
my mom had asked me to write down his schedule so she knew what to do.
my brother {karston} told my mom from the looks of this list it looked like my mom hadn't raised 4 kids. my mom says you forget and was totally grateful for the detailed schedule. :D
i just feel so blessed my parents were so willing to watch the little one. they are saints!! {although, i think my mom is relieved she won't get a crying phone call for the next couple of weeks {hopefully} telling her how much i wished we had a babysitter so darr and i could just go out together for a little bit}
just feels good to be refreshed and ready to take on the week!

I left a similar list for DR the other day. Too funny. I like the line "if none of these work, you are S.O.L." Haha! I'm glad you got to get away, even if it was just for one night.
