I really can't believe that Graham will be 7 weeks tomorrow! I want to freeze time.
Here are little tidbits I never want to forget:
He grunts a ton. Every morning from 5 to 7. It isn't a cry, just a nice loud grunt. Darren and I are constantly laughing at how much noise one tiny person can make.
He is a swinger, not a bouncer. When putting him to sleep he prefers the swinging motion over a bouncy motion. (Luke was opposite)
He always does a 4-6 hour stretch when we first go to bed. Wakes up for feeding and new diaper and is fast asleep until 8 or so.
He loves smiling at me, and it honestly makes my heart skip a beat. He has a whole face smile and I love it.
He isn't taking the bottle as easily as I would like. We are still trying to figure that out before Wicked this weekend.
He is such a calm, mellow, happy little guy. I thank my Heavenly Father every day for his sweet spirit in our home. He really only cries when he needs something.
He is looking more like a Knight/Williams than a King. Which is totally fine by me because I think he is such a handsome little guy.
He loves to be swaddled. He seems to like the muslin blankets over his little giraffe blankets... maybe because it is still so darn hot!
I honestly couldn't imagine NOT having this little one in our home right now. Our family feels complete. As I sat in church yesterday, I said a silent prayer of complete gratitude for my two little boys who bring so much love into our home. Darren and I feel so blessed.
