So why do you think this chair is on top of the coffee table?
Well let me explain...It was a little after midnight last night, and I woke up to a loud beep. Our fire alarm battery was dying so it was informing us to change it. {I swear these always start beeping when you are trying to sleep.} So I nudged Darren (probably harder than I should) and told him we had to fix this. Well our ceilings in our bedroom are vaulted and the fire alarm happens to be at the very top of the ceiling.... I'm hoping the picture is become clearer now.
I am just grateful no one got hurt while we were both doing this half asleep! And in case you are wondering... we got new batteries so we should be good to go for awhile.

Did he put on clothes just to change the smoke detector batteries? I can't imagine that he sleeps in jeans and a hoodie. That is funny!
